Seriously, it is!! Hey everybody, I just want to let you all know that your prayers and thoughts are so appreciated. I know it's been a while since I have posted a blog but it's good to see that you all continue to chat. It has been such a fun summer so far. The festivals have been going great and it is so cool to get to see some of you and meet some of you at the shows. I just got back from suprising my girlfriend with a visit down to Mississippi. It was a very quick trip. We got back from Creation East on Sunday afternoon and I left Nashville that day then came back last night and we leave today for another show!! Crazy!! I guess I like to travel, maybe thats my spiritual gift! HAHA I'm kidding! I would like to say that there is something new happeing in my life but I don't think there is. I have just been designing a lot lately in the midst of keeping up with the touring but besides that I guess I'm just happy. I just want to also say that "If our God is for us, who can be against us"!!! I pray that all of you have a great day and that we all use what God has given us to go out and impact the lives around us. Lay your burdens down at the feet of God and allow His grace and love to flood your heart. We all have a ministry and we all have a voice. Let's continue to seek, love, hope and pray. Who would want to leave you!!?? I don't blame those kids for being sad to leave you! I am so sorry to hear about your long time friend passing away. That is terrible. My girlfriend, in the year that we've been dating, has seemed to have lost a few friends. The same thing I tell her is that we have to pray so hard for the friends and families of those who passed because in those moments its hard to see how God can do good from such a tragedy. Pray that God reveal himself to those families. On another note, I'm glad to hear things are going well in other areas in your life! It sounds like you have an exciting August! I am so sad to hear about your friend Jakes friend. I will say some prayers for him and his family. We have to always remember that God does awesome things so we all need to pray that only good can come out of this.
Also, you are such a devoted fan/friend! You gave up a birthday present to come hang out with your favorite people!! HAHA! Just because its your birthday don't think I'm not going to make you work!! Just kidding! Oh and I'm sorry to hear about the concert, it is hard to be around all that stuff. But I am jealous that you got to see Gary Allen and Keith Urban... Lucky.... I will see you soon! When you said you were a first time "commenter" it reminded me of movies and such when you hear someone call in to a radio station and say "long time listener, first time caller".... ok I'm strange! It made me smile though! That's so awesome to hear that God really worked in you at the camp. I urge you to continue to pursue. Don't let that fire inside you fade. Something I'm guilty of myself is not reading the Word as much as I should, but hearing you talk about your desire to go deeper with God is very encouraging.
