Soooo... Here we are at Chuck E Cheese and I was watching Ari on the Bob the builder ride and had a flash foward to her driving:) that kinda freaked me out:) Well, as you know we are back from South Africa ( which was amazing) and I've been very slow getting back to the swing of things... So I apologize. But im back and ready to blog and Twitter:) all I have to say is being away and getting refreshed for the year was very humbling, because I realize how blessed I am. I have an amazing family and an opportunity to share the grace and love of Jesus to people all over the world. All I have to say is that the Lord defintely uses the foolish things of the world:) I don't ever want to take this or you guys for granted. Thank you Jesus!!! Soooo... I had the LASIK surgery done and it went great. Thank you for your prayers. We will be putting up some of the videos that led up to the surgery... Don't worry... We won't show the actual surgery:) Also, i'll be posting some if the pictures from South Africa next week. Can't wait for an amazing year! Love you all!

Speaking Louder Ministries

Hello friends!  Well as you have seen the Speaking Louder Ministries site launched.  I know there are not tons of dates on it as of yet and let me explain.  We can only do this really when it is a solo Jeremy Camp show.  This spring as you have seen we are playing a lot of Aquire the Fire dates as well as doing this Rock and Worship Road show tour along side Mercy Me and some other bands.  So we don't really control those dates on our own, we are invited to go on them, and they have other ministries involved with them directly.  Sooooooo that should answer some questions about why we have them in some cities and not in other.  Come fall when we do our tour, which by the way is shaping up very nice :), then all the cities we come to will all have ministries tied to them in each one.

Moving on, we are all really really excited about this and hope that if we are coming to your city you will help get involved at the show in collecting the goods for the ministries we are partnering with.  So tell one and all about it, especially those in the cities we are coming to.  Lastly, if you could pray over this ministry and ask the Lord to help bring awareness to these special needs, that would be amazing.

Jeremy in South Africa

So one more week and our good friend Jeremy will be back in the good ol USA.  He has been gone as most have been aware, in South Africa seeing Adie's family.  I am happy to announce I have only talked to him one time......which is always weird because we are use to seriously talking 10 times a day.  Sooo, that means he is taking a very much needed break, or he has decided to fire me and not tell me.....maybe you guys know something I dont :)  Anyways, sorry for the lack of video on ye ol blog, but dont you fear my friends, new video is near!  

Pray for them to have a safe return home.  2009 has A LOT going on, and prayer is the first thing that is needed in this camp for sure.  Can't wait to see what the Lord has for the coming year.  Be well friends.......watch for the launching of Speaking Louder ministries this week.  If you live in Sioux Falls, Fargo or Minneapolis, you will be the first to get involved with us in those cities.  There will be a place to sign up online and help us out with this ministry!

Happy Sunday one and all!  Matt here again, I know, I know its not Jeremy but I try my best :) 

I wanted to share a few thing with you guys.  1. If it is harder to get up, get ready, or maybe it is just the overall process is harder to get to church on Sunday, I have learned over the years my dear friends that means one thing......God is READY to rock your world!  As was my Sunday today!  God is good always is what I am learning, not matter what the circumstances not matter what obstacle is in your way, HE is always good! He is worthy of our praise no matter what!  "Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and where created." (Revelation 4:11)

I encourage all you who are struggling to get up and find fellowship somewhere.....DO IT!  You will be amazed how the Lord will meet you. Press in, chase after your Father, FIGHT for relationship with Him. He created us for worship and fellowship, He also created us for relationship with Him, so lets do it!!!!
